You should watch this movie...no...just download the soundtrack

So we watched this movie last night. It's called Once. The Movie Itself isn't all bad...just some bad...if that makes any sense. The story is cute, and I like the way it was done for the most part. However, the delivery of some of the lines made me wonder how much acting experience the guy had. Andy discovered that yes...he is not an actor just a member of some indie band in England. also the chick's accent is spotty at best, which to people like me can be extremely distracting. The music that the movie is based around is absolutely incredible. And in that romantic, my heart was broken, but you could fix it, kind of way it kind of makes you want to like the movie. However they ruin it with a crappy ending. They tried to make the ending sappy and heartfelt, but the addition of a character in the last 30 seconds of the movie is never ever a good thing.

So, like I said, I almost recommended you see the movie until I realized that I really only liked it because of the music...so...go download it...or go buy it at Best Buy or something. cause i really like it...and that right there is all the reason you need :-p

For those of you that have been deprived all these years.

I must admit I loved Full House. I think I fit the demographic. It was on good old TGIF from 1988 - 1991. So that puts my at about seven years old. Probably closer to the age of Stephanie, but I wanted to be DJ. Megan was only two and reminded me so much of little Michelle. Ahhh the memories......

So...now to get down to the point of this blog...

During the aforementioned trip to Shedd Aquarium, I purchased a small stuffed Beluga Whale. Some of you know my weakness for stuffed animals. Some of you also know about my incessant need to hold on to something while I sleep. This new Beluga was the perfect addition to my collection because it was small, and only mildly offensive.

So during some random conversation I began singing the Baby Beluga song. Andy was bewildered, and, at least somewhat amused by my rendition. He had no idea the Baby Beluga song even existed. So I vowed to find it for him.

So as I was sitting here browsing you tube...it came to mind that maybe there were more deprived individuals out there. So here it is. The entire Baby Beluga episode is really worth watching. But the initial clip of the song/dance is enought to give you the gist.

Enjoy!
